Important – If you created your subscription by directly entering a credit card, you will need to contact Menus4Moms to cancel your subscription for you.
To cancel your recurring PayPal subscription with Menus4Moms, follow these steps. If at any point you encounter something unexpected or are unable to complete the cancellation, contact us and we will be glad to help.
This process must be completed individually for each subscription you wish to cancel. After your subscription is successfully cancelled (your notification from PayPal that the cancellation was successful is your proof of cancellation), you will continue to receive menus through the period for which you have paid, but you will not be billed further.
Log into the member area: http://www.menus4moms.com/amember/member
Click the tab for Your Payment History:
and click the cancel link for the subscription that you want to cancel:
Click Yes when it asks if you really want to cancel:
You will be taken to PayPal where you need to login :
Scroll to the bottom of the PayPal page and click Cancel Subscription:
You are NOT done! You must click Cancel Subscription again to confirm:
If your cancellation was successful, you will see the following confirmation message (print for your records):
You are done! If you have other subscriptions that you want to cancel, you will need to repeat this process for each of them.
Note – If you do not see Cancel Subscription in Step 4:
If you do not see the Cancel Subscription link, go to your My Account page and click on the Details link for any of your payments to M.A. Kelley and Company, Inc.:
That will take you to a page where you click on My Preapproved Payments:
Clicking the My Preapproved Payments link should take you to the page with Cancel Subscription at the bottom pictured in Step 4. You should now go back to Step 4.
