I’m a huge fan of simple, flavorful recipes, and M4M hasn’t disappointed me yet. So many recipes found online, even (or particularly) on professional menus are so bland. My family complains every time I try a new recipe. But this chicken was SO GOOD. I did use boneless, skinless chicken, so we didn’t get the nice baked skin these probably have if you follow the recipe, but I made two lbs of chicken and my 17yo finished all of it that night. I’m going to have to stop making M4M recipes because I no longer have leftovers for lunch the next day. LOL
