Ham and Broccoli Quiche in a Bag

This ham and broccoli quiche recipe from the Busy Mom Menu uses our “cook for the freezer” method of making two quiches, one for the freezer and one for dinner, although if you are doing bulk cooking you could freeze them both. Feel free to adapt the recipe to whatever ingredients you prefer or have on hand. It would be good with spinach, chicken and Swiss cheese or any number of other combinations. It is pictured here with just broccoli and cheese along with frozen grapes and easy homemade biscuits.
