Chicken Fried Rice

This is an authentic version of the fried rice I learned to make (and ate an awful lot of) when we lived in Japan. It can be made with most any meat or shrimp, or you can add more vegetables for a vegetarian version.

Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

Spice up boxed jambalaya with extra ingredients and taste while still saving time. Using chopped cooked chicken, onions, and peppers from the freezer and a box mix puts Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya on the table in less than 30 minutes.
